Job Description:
A growing professional services firm is looking to appoint a senior specialist to lead and expand its Global Mobility Tax practice across the Midlands. This newly created Director-level role offers significant autonomy, market visibility, and the opportunity to shape a high-growth service line in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The Role
This position forms part of a national team advising a broad portfolio of UK and international clients on employment-related tax matters. The successful candidate will take ownership of the global mobility stream across the Midlands region, while contributing to national initiatives and team development.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the Midlands practice for global mobility and international employment tax
- Advising clients on complex cross-border assignments and related compliance
- Driving business development activity including proposals, presentations, and networking
- Coaching and developing a regional team while supporting wider team growth nationally
- Working collaboratively across tax, reward and HR advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualified tax professional (CTA/ATT or equivalent) with deep experience in global mobility tax
- Commercially focused, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and build relationships
- Known in the local market with a track record of business development and client delivery
- An engaging leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
