Spark Foundry is seeking a highly analytical and creative Global Strategy Director to lead strategic thinking across a diverse portfolio of clients, including a healthcare brand, a tech company and a finance client, as well as new business opportunities. This is a unique chance to shape strategies that drive impactful human insights and deliver meaningful results on a global scale.

About the Role
As Global Strategy Director, you’ll work across three key areas:

• Existing Clients: Providing strategic leadership for high-profile brands that have an established strategic partnership with Spark Foundry.
• Expanding Strategic Relationships: Identifying opportunities with existing agency clients to deepen their strategic engagement and grow the scope of the strategy department.
• Prospecting and Pitches: Collaborating on innovative, fast-paced pitches, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible to attract new clients and set new standards in strategy.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and presenting compelling human stories backed by robust data and insights.
• Bridging the strategy, data intelligence, and analytics teams to deliver bespoke research and actionable insights.
• Using a wide range of data sources such as TGI, Nielsen, GWI, and others to uncover trends, moments, and human insights.
• Mentoring and managing the Associate Strategy Director, fostering their growth and development.
• Shaping the narrative for clients through powerful insights that influence decision-making and drive business results.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Has expert knowledge of data and insight tools such as GWI, TGI, Nielsen, Mintel, Euromonitor, YouGov, and WARC.
• Excels at uncovering actionable human insights and turning data into compelling stories.
• Brings intellectual curiosity and a unique perspective to problem-solving and team collaboration.
• Can work independently, defend well-researched ideas confidently, and remain open to alternative perspectives.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adjust hypotheses based on new information.

By the end of your first six months, you’ll have:

• Delivered compelling new insights to existing clients, transforming their understanding of their audiences.
• Helped create a new diversified income stream for at least one client team within the agency.
