Job Description

Contract: Fixed Term (12–18 months)

A pivotal supply chain leadership role in a fast-growing international FMCG Food business.

Our client is an international consumer FMCG brand with ambitious growth plans, who are seeking an experienced and strategic supply chain leader to join their senior management team on a 12 to 18 month contract. In a transformational role, you’ll take charge of stabilising and optimising the end to end supply chain across multiple international markets, laying the operational foundations for significant future growth.

The opportunity

This is a chance to step into a role with immediate impact — bringing stability to a complex, multi-country supply network, resolving operational challenges, and building robust processes that can support rapid scaling. You’ll work across continents, partner with manufacturing sites and third-party suppliers, and collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and product teams.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the transformation of supply chain performance, improving service levels, quality, and cost control.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  • Embed best-in-class planning, governance, and execution processes.
  • Introduce improved S&OP / IBP practices to align supply with business growth.
  • Lead a geographically diverse team through change, ensuring collaboration and delivery.
  • Define and leave behind stronger systems, processes, and organisational capability to enable long-term success.

What we’re looking for

  • A proven track record in end-to-end supply chain transformation within a multi-market FMCG food and/or beverage environment.
  • Hands-on operational experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Ideally been part of a Leadership Team that has scaled a brand or been a part of an SME.
  • Deep understanding of third-party manufacturing, experience in owned factories would be highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, from executive leadership to on-the-ground operations.
  • Willingness to travel internationally once a month.

This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on transformation in a role that will genuinely shape the future of the business.
