The Global Workplace Director is responsible for the oversight of real estate projects, facilities management, site engineering / automation and lab support across Abcam. The role involves strategic planning, operational efficiency, and ensuring optimal work environments across all locations.This position reports to the VP of Global Workplace and Global Logistics and is part of the Operations and Supply Chain Leadership Team. This is an on-site role, with global travel up to 20%. The role will be based on-site in Cambridge, UK, or Waltham, MA.
