The UK-based Real Estate Consultants team provides practical, evidence-based advice to a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients across both the private and public sectors. Our expertise includes developing robust HM Treasury Green Book business cases, formulating real estate strategies, and mobilising estate optimisation programmes to maximise value and performance of real estate assets. We empower clients to make informed decisions about their future real estate needs by aligning assets with corporate, service, and operational objectives to define a clear real estate vision and guide investment choices. Our client base includes corporate occupiers (public and private sector), real estate investors and developers, property companies, landowners, and service providers. We work with government departments, local authorities, NHS trusts, and organisations across retail, manufacturing, and technology sectors.

As a Junior Consultant, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of key REC services, including:

  • Developing estate and asset management strategies
  • Leading estate transformation projects
  • Authoring robust investment business cases in line with HM Treasury Green Book guidance
  • Shaping new workplace strategies
  • Providing place-based consultancy advice
