Hybrid: Home-based & Cheltenham

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE £30,000+)

The Role

As the Group Account Director, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of key B2B clients while driving new business growth. You’ll act as a strategic partner, building strong, consultative relationships, developing high-impact marketing strategies, and ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns that exceed expectations.


This is a highly commercial and hands-on role for someone who loves combining strategy with action, a natural relationship builder who thrives on achieving targets and seeing tangible results.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, manage, and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Identify, pitch, and win new business opportunities
  • Build long-term client relationships at senior levels
  • Spot and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Consistently exceed revenue and performance targets
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
  • Stay ahead of market and digital trends to drive client success
