As a key member of the Client Service team, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering a service of continuous improvement to your clients to ensure business retention and organic growth. This role requires vision, forward thinking and an appetite to deliver exceptional client service, with hands-on leadership of your team to impart and execute that vision and encourage their contribution to service excellence.
