Overview

Group Director of FP&A & Commercial Finance (18-month secondment as US CFO) for a scaling British, PE-backed Luxury Fashion label. Reporting to the CEO and partnering with CFO, COO and department heads, you will lead the in-year forecasting, long-range financial planning, and support all commercial and strategic investment decisions. You will also be hands-on with your team to deliver details and insights at Board level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-year forecasting and long-range financial planning across the business.
  • Direct a team of 8 FP&A and Commercial Finance Business Partners (3 direct reports).
  • Collaborate with CEO, CFO, COO and department heads (Creative and Design) to drive strategic financial decisions and performance.
  • Partner on commercial investments and strategic initiatives with robust data analysis and insights.
  • Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach and ensure delivery beyond a caretaker stance during the 18-month secondment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Recent and deep experience in the Luxury retail / fashion sectors is essential.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to translate insights into strategic action.
  • Experience operating at Board level and partnering with C-suite executives.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, including Creative and Design heads.
