The next Director of People and Culture will build on existing strong foundations to develop people, create culture and embed policies to support and empower staff and volunteers. With responsibility for the Chaplaincy team, you will have oversight of a team offering pastoral and spiritual support to staff, residents, and other customers of all faiths and none. You will uphold the highest organisational standards to support others in their work, and as part of a skilled and committed Executive Team, you would work with peers, the Board and its committees in shaping the organisation for the future. This is a role for someone with experience of leadership, who is visibly motivated by their values and who brings their Christian faith to work. Lead people, culture and chaplaincy services in a faith-based organisation and oversee staff and volunteers. Provide oversight of the Chaplaincy team, offering pastoral and spiritual support to staff, residents, and other customers of all faiths and none. Uphold organisational standards to support staff, and work with peers, the Board and its committees in shaping the organisation’s future.
Qualifications
Experience of leadership; visibly motivated by values; and ability to bring Christian faith to work.
