I have been appointed to recruit a Group Finance Director for a growing business who are a specialist in their field and who constantly look to improve what they do. Responsibilities will include Overseeing all areas of financial reporting, analysis, and risk management Tracking and forecasting cash flow and working capital requirements Conducting investment evaluations and developing pricing models Leading the Group's statutory reporting process from planning through to completion Managing internal financial reporting at a senior level Delivering ad hoc reports and managing special financial projects as needed Taking ownership of the budgeting process and leading ongoing forecasting activities Acting as the main point of contact for HMRC, banks, auditors, accountants, and financial advisors Identifying and driving initiatives to enhance profitability, working capital efficiency, and overall financial performance The successful candidate will need to be a fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), with excellent communication skills and previous experience gained in a finance leadership position as a Financial Controller or Finance Director.
