We're looking for a strategic and visionary leader to join us as our group integration delivery director - a pivotal new role with enterprise-wide impact.
The Role
As group integration delivery director, you will lead the planning and execution of a bold integration agenda across a complex and evolving organisation. You'll oversee the delivery of a multi-faceted integration programme, including operating model redesign, system migration, and business process integration.
As a senior leader in the organisation, you will partner with C-level executives and senior business leaders to drive enterprise-wide transformation through strategic integration initiatives. You will lead the vision, design, and execution of integrated plan that enables operational excellence, scalability, and growth. By aligning cross-functional teams, optimising business processes, and embedding governance and resilience into delivery, you will ensure that integration becomes a catalyst for growth and competitive advantage. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement - positioning Bromford Flagship for sustained success in a dynamic business landscape.
This role is permanent and full time. It can be based from any of our main offices - Lichfield, Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury, Chipping Sodbury or Norwich.
What you'll lead
- Enterprise integration strategy: Define and deliver an enterprise integration roadmap aligned with long-term transformation and growth objectives.
- Executive influence: Partner closely with senior leaders to shape strategy and embed integration as a driver of innovation and value.
- Programme oversight: Govern large-scale integration programmes with clear milestones, measurable outcomes, and strong risk resilience.
- Process design: Design scalable and user-centric business processes aligned with future-state architecture.
- Stakeholder engagement: Drive engagement strategies that build trust and commitment across the business.
- Continuous improvement: Leverage data, automation, and agile methodologies to ensure delivery excellence.
What you'll bring
- Extensive leadership experience in transformation or change management at executive level.
- A proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year transformation programmes in large matrixed organisations.
- Strong background in M&A integration, digital transformation, or operating model redesign.
- Experience in or of management consultancy or organisational development.
- Strategic thinker with deep expertise in change frameworks.
- A natural influencer with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Agile mindset and working knowledge of Lean/Agile methodologies.
- A change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's preferred) in Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
A basic DBS and consumer check will be required, as will a willingness and ability to travel regularly to our main offices, and across the UK.
