Salary: £100,000 + £10,000 KPI Bonus

• Balance growth & purpose: Drive financial discipline while safeguarding Caridon\'s mission to create social value.

• Represent with influence: Build trust with regulators, investors, commissioners, and partners.

What We\'re Looking For

• Proven leadership - 10+ years at executive level in housing, property, or a related sector.

• Commercial sharpness - skilled in cost control, financial oversight, and sustainable growth.

• Digital mindset - experience leading AI and technology transformation projects.

• Cultural leadership - able to embed a high-performance, results-driven culture while protecting director autonomy.
