Job Description Reporting to the Group Transformation Director you will be responsible to design, implement and lead the Culinas Operational Excellence (OE) strategy. You will work with the groups business units and stakeholders to establish and implement a strategy that unifies and shifts the businesses culture towards delivering excellence. You will drive the creation of tools that allow assessment of current organisational capabilities, improvement areas and will support the businesses in delivering their improvement targets. This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of Culina on its road towards one Culina that is driven by excellence and continuous improvement. This role is for a fixed term of 24 months.
