Group People Director

About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Group People Director to help shape the future of our organisation. You will be a key member of the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with senior colleagues to shape and deliver a progressive, future-focused people agenda.
This is a rare opportunity to lead across a broad functional remit with a focus on organisational design, cultural transformation, reward strategy development, and workplace experience. Ensuring our organisation is future-ready in a rapidly changing world, including the opportunities and challenges of emerging technologies such as Generative AI.
This is a highly visible role in championing our values, driving forward equity, diversity and inclusion, and acting as the Leadership Team sponsor for one of our employee network groups and the sustainability working group.
