It’s a joint commitment to continuous development and creating a company that we can all be proud of, where Brainlabbers can turn up to do great work, make great friends and win together.Role type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)Team: New BusinessReporting to: Head of GrowthEstimated Start: October 2025Location: LondonWork Authorization: No sponsorship will be consideredIn this role you will:Be an important part of our new business team helping to drive revenue opportunities, organise and run pitches and pipeline management inclusive of commercial reviewing for our Influencer practice.Manage end to end pitch process for new opportunities, focused on Influencer Marketing, but also including wider services such as Paid Media, Programmatic, DOOH and Search.Responsible for ownership of own Pipeline, forecast accuracy across Pipeline, reducing forecast volatility through accurate reporting of close & completion dates, net revenue & third party costsResponsible for meeting commercial targets and following scopesManagement of pitch opportunities includes:Deep review of Briefs to qualify the opportunity and understand if Brainlabs is the right fitStrategic dissection of Briefs to understand the client needs, beyond what is asked, and understand how Brainlabs can find a unique solutionIdentify and flag and potential challenges within the brief, from a delivery perspective but also commercially or legallyResponding to RFI’s where neededManaging Procurement relationshipsManaging internal Brainlabs Pitch team including:Managing team allocation, where you will then be responsible for effective resource planning and managementCreating and presenting internal kick-off deckProject management of the team to create the best possible responseReview of Proposal elements to ensure a red thread/clear narrative that will enable Brainlabs to winPlanning and overseeing all content run throughs and pitch rehearsalsCreation of Commercials, along with approvalsManaging of any Legal needs (SOW, MSA, wider agreements) internally and with the clientPitchingPost-Pitch review and next stepsFollowing the opportunity through to close (signed SOW)Managing Handover processIn some cases, particularly for smaller more strategic opportunities or Cross Sells, leading on Strategy and Creative. Finding the insights, creating the narrative, defining the strategy and creative, and creating the full response for brief.Actively identify new opportunities through deep knowledge of the market and keeping finger on the pulse of market changesDrive team morale, motivating and inspiring everyone to be their best, actively mentoring others, helping to grow capability and knowledge, while learning and developing themselvesWe're looking for someone who has:Strong Influencer delivery knowledge and 4+ years of experienceMulti-disciplinary marketing experience (paid social, creative, PR)Proven experience managing direct reports, coaching and guiding them to succeedDemonstrable success in creating and delivering high performing influencer strategies and proposals for new business pitchesDeveloping an understanding about how other BL channels work and how Influencer can collaborate with them.A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively, while also strong in working in a wider team setting.Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and storytelling skillsStrong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.And this is what success looks like in the role:You will live our culture code every day!Effective proposal creation and delivery metricsHit Product and wider Growth targets through winning net new brand opportunities, and cross sell opportunitiesGrowth of business through identification and ownership of new opportunitiesIncreased awareness of influencer capabilities and cross-sell with BL ClientsIncreased awareness of influencer capabilities externallyForecast accuracy with all commercial targets metWhat Happens NextWe know searching for a job is tough and that you want to find the best career and employer for you.
