With operations spanning the globe, the company is on a mission to power money movement for everyone, everywhere.The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Lead with 20+ years of experience to lead and execute strategic initiatives across global teams. This is a hands-on leadership role that will require collaboration across product, marketing, and sales teams—uniting diverse stakeholders under a common vision. The ideal candidate will bring not only strategic acumen but also operational precision, with the ability to roll up their sleeves to develop work plans, timelines, and executive-level communications.Core Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across international teams, primarily in the US and UKEngage and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite and VP-level), ensuring alignment on objectives and execution plansBuild and manage project plans (e.g., Gantt charts), business cases, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Excel models)Drive alignment between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive deliveryFacilitate cross-functional workshops and checkpoints to maintain momentum and accountabilityCreate and present clear, concise executive-level updates and recommendationsSupport global coordination efforts with occasional travel as neededFoster team cohesion, addressing challenges proactively and diplomaticallyRequired Experience & Skills20+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, business planning, or program leadership in fintech, banking, or payments industriesStrong executive presence and gravitas—able to gain trust and drive decisions at the C-levelEqually comfortable with strategy and execution—must be hands-on, practical, and detail-orientedAdvanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Smartsheet, or MS Project)Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder, able to unify global, cross-functional teamsExperience managing international teams and navigating cultural and organisational complexityFamiliarity with payment platforms, cross-border money movement, or real-time payments is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
