The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Lead with 20+ years of experience to lead and execute strategic initiatives across global teams. This is a hands-on leadership role that will require collaboration across product, marketing, and sales teams—uniting diverse stakeholders under a common vision. Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across international teams, primarily in the US and UK
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite and VP-level), ensuring alignment on objectives and execution plans
  • Build and manage project plans (e.g., Gantt charts), business cases, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Excel models)
  • Drive alignment between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive delivery
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and checkpoints to maintain momentum and accountability
  • Create and present clear, concise executive-level updates and recommendations
  • Support global coordination efforts with occasional travel as needed
  • Foster team cohesion, addressing challenges proactively and diplomatically

Required Experience & Skills

  • 20+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, business planning, or program leadership in fintech, banking, or payments industries
  • Strong executive presence and gravitas—able to gain trust and drive decisions at the C-level
  • Equally comfortable with strategy and execution—must be hands-on, practical, and detail-oriented
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Smartsheet, or MS Project)
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder, able to unify global, cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing international teams and navigating cultural and organisational complexity
