Head of Construction / Associate Director – Waterloo, London

We are recruiting a Head of Construction Sector leading to an Associate Director role and ultimately Equity Director.

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 + high bonus
Location: Waterloo, London, SE1
Region: London

Responsibilities

• Manage the Building Construction & Residential Team within Pinnacle, including a mix of Permanent and Temporary consultants.
• Lead a team to achieve high performance and grow Pinnacle Recruitment to the next level.
• Demonstrate a successful track record of headhunting staff and managing a desk within Building or Residential management.
• Operate as a professional headhunter with a proven desk in Construction or Residential sectors.
• Drive the team towards hitting targets and developing strategic, smart working techniques to increase billings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing within Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk.
• Proven track record of leading a team and being a successful biller within Residential & Construction Industries.
• Experience headhunting staff and managing within Building or Residential management.
