Head of Construction / Associate Director – Waterloo, London

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 + high bonus

We are looking to recruit a Head of Construction Sector leading to Associate Director then Equity Director role.

Pinnacle is achieving our plans for expansion and opening a new office in Waterloo, London, SE1.

To qualify for this role, you will need to be experienced at managing within either a Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk, with a proven track record of leading a team and being a successful biller within Residential & Construction Industries.

The role itself will be to manage the Building Construction & Residential Team within Pinnacle, a mixture of Permanents and Temporaries consultants.

We are looking for a dedicated manager who can help propel Pinnacle Recruitment to the next level, with a successful track record of Headhunting staff and a successful desk within Building or residential management.

This is a unique and progressive opportunity within Recruitment, a chance to go from Head of Sector to Equity Director.

This is a results-orientated industry, and to receive the rewards offered, you will need to have a successful desk in addition to managing the team.
