This is a strategic role with an eye on the future and would suit someone with extensive Facilities Directorship experience. This role will see you travelling across all 12 locations overseeing all aspects of the building operations, maintenance and compliance. You will be responsible for managing 3rd party contractors, and coordinating planned and reactive maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and building infrastructures. You will ensure all H&S policies and building regulations are following including the safety, risk assessments and emergency procedures.
