About The Role

As Head of Finance, you will act as the Finance Director's key deputy and be the clear number two within the function. Partnering closely with the Finance Director, you will help to deliver a modern, agile finance function that supports informed decision-making and organisational performance.

The role will take a phased approach with stage one taking ownership of financial reporting, financial control and governance, before phase two embarks on providing commercial & strategic support.

This role would particularly suit an ambitious finance professional with the appetite and potential to progress into a Finance Director position within the next five years. You will be joining a leadership team that values development, empowerment, and creating clear pathways for future succession.
