This permanent Head of Finance role offers a base salary of £80,000 plus a generous benefits package for a hybrid working position based in Edinburgh.

About The Role

As Head of Finance you will partner closely with the Finance Director, acting as the clear number two within the function. The role will take a phased approach: first ownership of financial reporting, control and governance, then commercial and strategic support for future growth.

It is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who can progress into a Finance Director role within the next five years. The leadership team values development, empowerment and clear succession pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to and deputise for the Finance Director
• Own financial reporting, control, governance, risk, compliance and taxation
• Lead high‑value process and continuous improvement projects
• Support commercial activities including strategic planning, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
