Head of Office (Branch Director) Manchester Up to £125,000 + Benefits

A rare opportunity has arisen for an accomplished leader to take the reins of a £10m income branch of a prestigious insurance broker based in Central Manchester. We’re seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Branch Director to lead a team of 85 people, overseeing all operational, financial, and people-related aspects of the business. This is a hybrid role, with two days per week in the Manchester office and the rest remote.
