Role Description

Head of Operations | Deputy Director | Operational Manager | Children & Adult Specialist Strategist
A maternity cover role with view to permanent for the right person. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chester/Preston. Salary up to £80,000. Travel required between Chester & Preston offices and home. Please message directly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure company goals are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies.
• Manage financial efficiency and analyse operational performance.
• Foster effective communication within and outside the organisation.

Qualifications

• Operations Management experience; knowledge of CQC (Supported Living) and Ofsted (Children’s Residential Care) is valuable.
• Strong analytical skills and budgeting experience.
• Team management and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and organisational abilities.
• Experience in a similar role within the sector is essential.
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
