I am currently working alongside a global hotel resort chain in the East Caribbean looking to recruit a highly motivated Health & Wellbeing Director to oversee its Fitness, Entertainment, Health & Recreation Programs . This role oversees guest well-being through managing Scuba, Watersports, Entertainment and Fitness teams and group activities . The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and overseeing group / class activity and exercise program quality and guest satisfaction by maximizing team performance. Key Qualifications: Qualification in hospitality, business or leisure related field Professional certification in a sports-related discipline 3+ years in leisure / fitness and / or wellness management at a 4/5* resort/hotel or 5+ years managing large fitness/leisure clubs Strong customer service and sports/body-mind techniques Experience in integrated group wellness approaches Proven ability in business operations (sales, budgeting, forecasting) Caribbean / Indian Ocean / MEA experience is a massive plus
