At Active Care Group, we're building a brighter future for young people. We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate Hospital Director to lead Ivetsey Bank Hospital, our specialist CAMHS Tier 4 service providing tailored inpatient care for young people with complex mental health needs.

As Hospital Director, you will be the senior leader on-site, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full regulatory compliance and achieving operational excellence. This pivotal role blends strategic leadership with hands-on service management and requires a leader who can inspire teams, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and drive clinical and operational standards forward.
