HR Business Partner Director - Leading Asset Manager - 12 months Maternity Cover. This is a Director-level role with Miryco Consultants Ltd, working with a leading global asset manager.

Responsibilities

• Guide the business through employee relations, policy and procedure matters.
• Align the organisation’s people strategy with its business goals.
• Facilitate and support partnership between cross-functional teams.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Director-level HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations and people strategy.
• Available to work in the office 4 days a week.
• Immediate availability preferred.
