HR Business Partner - Director (Investments) EMEA-based - City of London - 4 days per week in office I'm working with a top-tier investment firm that's looking for a senior HR Business Partner to support their Investments client groups, including Product and Private Markets. This is a Director-level role, with a real mix of strategic work and hands-on delivery. You'd be part of a brilliant global HR team and work closely with senior leadership across EMEA and beyond. The focus is on shaping the people agenda-partnering with leadership on succession planning, coaching, performance, and reward; leading culture, inclusion, and engagement initiatives; advising on organisational design, talent strategy, and change management; collaborating with global HRBP teams and specialist HR functions; using data and analytics to inform talent decisions and business outcomes; and managing complex employee relations in partnership with Legal and ER teams.
