The role is based in London’s West End, in-office five days a week, and supports middle and back-office functions for a boutique financial services organisation with a global footprint.You’ll be working alongside a peer group of high-performing professionals who deliver a best-in-class HR service. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you’ll be involved in the full employee lifecycle, including critical year-end processes, and will take ownership of additional strategic projects as they arise.The culture is high-achieving, delivery-focused, and driven by continuous improvement. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong track record in financial services, ideally within progressive, people-first HR teams.
