This role is about building a fantastic new look and vision for the hospitality business, helping create a new culture at site level, and overseeing all areas of the HR function while managing a team of 8+. ResponsibilitiesHead an established HR structure that strives for excellence in HR, focusing on operations as well as head office functions to enable the UK team to deliver high-quality service to customers.
