HR Director at Family Office to UHNWI, strong focus on global C-level recruitment


Main responsibilities:

  • Interacting with the Principal to determine personnel needs.
  • Organizing and maintaining effective processes related to personnel management in the Family Office.
  • Managing the HR team of the Family Office.
  • Organizing and managing the processes of recruiting personnel for the Family office.
  • Independent management of key positions, hunting for top specialists in international markets.
  • Negotiating with candidates about job offers, conditions,
  • compensation.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in HR management, psychology, sociology or related fields
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years, preferably, but not necessarily in the Family Office or similar structures.
  • Fluent native Russian is a must.
  • Experience working with a UHNWI business owner.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Successful experience in hunting C-level management across the globe (USA, Europe, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a multitasking and rapidly changing environment
  • High degree of responsibility and independence in decision-making
  • English language command starting from C1 and higher.
