The HR Director will report directly to Global HRD and will play a key role in shaping the organisation’s people strategy and culture as part of the wider leadership team.

The Role

Lead the development and delivery of the people strategy aligned with overall business objectives Partner closely with the leadership team to drive organisational effectiveness and long-term talent planning Oversee all areas of HR including employee relations, performance management, learning & development, reward, and organisational design Act as a trusted advisor to the Global HRD and senior stakeholders on all strategic people matters Foster a high-performance culture that supports engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring best practice, innovation, and compliance across all HR functions Provide guidance on change management initiatives, organisational development, and succession planning
