The Role As our People and Culture Director, youll play a pivotal role on the Executive Leadership Team, shaping the future of our employee experience, culture, and talent strategy. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, youll lead a dynamic HR team and collaborate closely with the Exec Leadership team to embed a culture of inclusion, innovation, innovation, and performance. based in Edinburgh, this role will involve travel across our UK sites. This is a strategic leadership role with significant influence across the organisation, offering the opportunity to shape Apexs long-term people strategy, drive transformation, and contribute to commercial success.
