In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new strategies, scalable systems and robust processes to ensure the highest standards of health & safety across all projects and operations as the company continues its growth journey. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of innovative technologies and tools to streamline H&S practices, achieve compliance standards and reporting requirements across ESG and Quality.

This is a hybrid role requiring travel to sites across the UK where necessary.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the group wide strategy for HSEQ, Compliance and ESG across a diverse multi-site / mobile workforce ensuring consistency across the group. Overseeing all Health, Safety and Compliance infrastructure, ensuring robust, secure and scalable systems across multiple locations as the company continues its rapid growth trajectory. Develop a consistency across the group through effective integration as the company acquires/merges with new businesses.
