Lincoln Cornhill are delighted to be partnering with a PE-backed social care provider seeking to appoint a HR Director on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract .

Based in Lincoln with hybrid working (2–3 days from home per week) , this full-time role offers a competitive package of c£80,000 per annum, plus a £5,000 car allowance and a range of attractive benefits.

Reporting to the CEO, and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, the HR Director will lead the development and implementation of the organisation’s people strategy within the Group Division.

This pivotal role will oversee all HR functions, spanning talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, organisational design, performance management, reward, and compliance, ensuring the organisation attracts, retains, and develops the talent required to achieve its ambitions, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
