Join a growing, people-focused business where you’ll play a key role in attracting great talent and supporting managers across the employee lifecycle whilst reporting into the HR Manager:


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.
  • Coach and guide managers on absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and direct outreach to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers on policies, processes and employee relations matters.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience, managing offers, onboarding compliance and HR records.
  • Champion employee engagement and support initiatives that enhance culture, DEI and the overall employee experience.


The ideal candidate will have:

Confident in managing the full end to end recruitment process

Solid knowledge of UK employment law HR compliance

CIPD qualification or working towards this
