Housing – Birmingham (on-site) 6-month FTC initially to £90,000 per annum About the client MRG is seeking an Interim Assistant Director of Housing for a housing association in Birmingham. About the role Due to a restructure, we areseeking an experienced Interim Assistant Director of Housing to lead and support housing operations for a respected Birmingham-based housing association. This strategic role will oversee tenancy management, resident engagement, housing advice, and neighbourhood services, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with regulatory standards and organisational values. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive service improvements, manage operational risks, and support transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with housing legislation and safeguarding protocols.
