INTERIM ASSITANT DIRECTOR - REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority who require an Interim Assistant Director of Repairs & Maintenance.

This contract is likely to be 6 months initially, with extensions available after the initial period. You're required in the office 3 days per week to engage with your team, the senior management board, and the Social Housing Regulator.

You'll be involved in reducing the number of repairs across the borough, prioritising overdue cases. They're on the right track so far, with 80%+ being actioned on time, but this needs to continue! The team require a strong leader, who will continue to motivate and strive for positive outcomes for tenants.

The Council require someone who:

• Has prior experience within Local Authorities and/or Housing Associations.
• Has prior experience communicating effectively with the SHR.
• Is available to be in the office 3 days per week as a minimum.

The Council will be shortlisting candidates in the next 2 weeks. Interviews will be held shortly after.
