Interim Director of Data & Technology - Not for profit - £133k - ASAP Start Only!We’re looking for an experienced Director of Data & IT to provide senior leadership and continuity through a critical period of digital transformation. Acting as the bridge within the organisation’s technology function, you’ll ensure momentum across key priorities, from data strategy and platform modernisation to cyber resilience and programme delivery.This is a hands‑on leadership role with a broad remit across data, platforms, infrastructure, and project management. You’ll set and steer the organisation’s ICT and data roadmap in line with its long‑term strategic plan, ensuring that technology, insight, and innovation work seamlessly together to enable business performance and member value.You’ll drive forward major initiatives, including cyber security improvements, CRM upgrades (XRM), and a cloud data migration programme, while embedding robust governance, clear accountability, and a culture of delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of the organisation’s integrated Data & ICT strategy and roadmap.Oversee and govern a portfolio of transformation, data, and business change projects.Ensure the resilience, security, and scalability of all core systems and platforms.Drive adoption of cloud and modern data technologies to improve accessibility and insight.Champion strong project governance, resource planning, and effective stakeholder engagement.Act as senior sponsor for technology‑led transformation initiatives and business‑critical programmes.📍 Location: Hybrid – London HQ with flexibility across the UK📄 Contract: 6 months Fixed‑term contract (senior interim assignment) Potential to extend. #J-18808-Ljbffr
