Oldham Council is undergoing a major transformation with bold ambitions to make a lasting difference in the lives of its residents. As part of this exciting journey, we are looking to appoint a highly motivated and visionary Director of Growth to lead and shape the borough's growth, regeneration and place-making strategy.

The Role: As a key member of the Council's Management Board, you will report directly to the Deputy Chief Executive (Place) and take strategic ownership of growth services across the borough, including regeneration, housing-led development, asset management, and economic investment. You will play a central role in delivering the Council's Creating a Better Place programme, accelerating housing delivery, promoting town centre transformation, and driving forward Oldham's growth ambitions in partnership with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority and other key stakeholders.
