We are working in partnership with a large manufacturing business based in Lancashire, who are looking to recruit an

Interim Finance Director

to join their regional management team and work closely with the MD in developing business performance and strategic leadership.

You will be fully responsible for producing the Group reporting, statutory compliance and integration of controls and processes, across a multi-site structure. We are therefore looking for someone who can build gravitas, and be the go to person for financial and operational decision making, working alongside a driven and focused MD.

This is a hands-on role and will come with its challenges, as over the next few months we are going through quite a lot of change with a full Group restructure and an new system implementation. However, we love working with this client and you will be inheriting a great finance team who are diligent, well established and driven in their approach.
