This organisation require the support of an experienced finance professional to join their team for a specific piece of work. Working alongside the owner of the business, the Finance Director will take responsibility for the finance function, while ensuring business tasks are completed to pre-agreed timescales.

About you

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 6+ years post qualification experience
• Successfully leading, developing, and supporting people
• Proven experience of leading a finance function, ideally with the evidence of implementing change
• Strong communicator, with a hands-on approach and a flexibility to work
• Available at short notice

• Lead and manage the finance team, providing strategic direction and support
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Implement financial strategies
• Streamline cash flow management
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations
