RM Recruit are supporting a Birmingham based Not for Profit organisation in the recruitment of an Interim Finance Director for their team. This role will provide stability for the organisation during a period of positive change and potentially assist with the restructuring of the finance function. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Ensure continuous compliance with all applicable legislation, statutory regulations, and other regulatory requirements. Oversee the stewardship and management of all financial assets. Contribute to income growth, operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and long-term sustainability, while exemplifying best practices. Research, advocate for, and support the development of robust financial delivery models across the organisation and its subsidiaries. Lead both strategic and operational planning, implementation, reporting, and control of financial and budgetary activities.
