Pearse Professionals are partnering with a VC backed Consumer business in search of a commercially-minded interim Finance Director. With revenue doubling year on year and a strong, engaged customer base, this digitally native brand has successfully transitioned from founder-led start-up to a professionally managed, product-first business.

You will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Investors, owning all aspects of financial leadership while playing a key role in shaping commercial decisions, international growth, and future funding strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance function across FP&A, reporting, controls, and compliance
• Partner with the CEO and investors on growth planning, commercial strategy, and board reporting
• Drive operational efficiency and margin improvement across the business and supply chain
• Lead preparation and execution of future fundraising rounds
• Support new market entry and physical retail scaling
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience leading the finance function of a fast-growing consumer, retail, or DTC business
• Proven track record raising capital and working with institutional investors
• Strong commercial instincts and experience supporting strategic decision-making at C-suite level
• Ability to operate at pace and adapt in a founder-led, entrepreneurial environment
