Oakleaf Executive are partnering with MedAccess to find an Interim Head of HR. This is a rare opportunity to join a social enterprise committed to improving health in more than 155 countries. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR support to the CEO and senior management team. You will lead the HR function, oversee the full employee lifecycle, and act as a trusted advisor across the organisation.

Desired Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will bring extensive HR leadership experience, a strong track record in both strategic and transactional HR delivery, ideally gained within financial services or management consulting environments, and demonstrable alignment to MedAccess' mission and values.
