Interim Integration Director - PE-Backed Industrials

Camino Search are currently looking for an interim Integration Director to join a private equity backed industrials client.

This will support a new pipeline of acquisitions (c.£50M - £100M targets) integrate effectively across people, processes, and systems.

Required Experience:

- Extensive experience leading post-merger integration for mid-sized M&A targets across technology, business processes, and people / culture.

- Previous experience delivering in a private equity backed environment.

- Industry background in infrastructure sectors (energy, transportation, industrials, etc.)

- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach.
