Interim Operations Director

to lead the manufacturing division of a well-established organisation within the textiles sector. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of leading

textile or nonwovens manufacturing operations

— ideally in bedding, upholstery, hygiene, filtration, or related markets. A strong understanding of

fibre preparation, carding, needlepunch, thermal bonding, lamination, and finishing processes

is essential. Purpose of the Role

The Operations Director will take full ownership of the division's manufacturing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, on time, and within budget.
