Interim People Director – 6-Month Contract

Location: London (Hybrid)

Start Date: October 2025


A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Interim People Director to lead and deliver strategic people initiatives during a period of transformation. This is a critical leadership role requiring a commercially minded HR executive with a strong track record across the full spectrum of the People agenda.

The successful candidate will be expected to operate at pace, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable impact across the organisation. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone with deep functional expertise and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, ideally within financial services or similarly regulated sectors.
  • Strong strategic and operational capability across all core HR disciplines.
  • Comfortable leading change and transformation programmes.
  • Available to start immediately (October 2025).
