Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for governance, risk, and assurance? Join Brambles as our Internal Audit Director and lead a high impact function that drives integrity, accountability, and operational excellence across the business. ??

What Youll Do Lead the development and execution of the internal audit strategy and annual audit plan Provide independent assurance to the Audit Committee and senior leadership on risk management, control, and governance processes Oversee complex audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance Manage and mentor a high performing audit team Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations to embed a culture of continuous improvement Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry best practices ??

What Were Looking For ACA, ACCA, or CIA qualified with significant post-qualification experience Proven track record in leading internal audit functions within complex organisations Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, audit methodologies, and corporate governance Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to influence at Board level and drive strategic change ??
