Overview

Investment Banking - M&A - Private Capital Advisory - Executive Director - London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead deals in the private market and contribute to our Investment Banking business at J.P. Morgan.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A private capital transactions
• Take responsibility for specific transaction types within M&A Private Capital Advisory
• Develop and deepen relationships with key issuer and investor clients
• Work closely with partners in industry, country and product partners
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to relevant team members

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Relevant Investment Banking experience (M&A or Leveraged Finance) or buy-side experience
• Ability to interact with senior clients in a skilled manner
• Ability to work independently and take initiatives
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to be a market leader in advising clients on M&A private capital transactions

This role encompasses the performance of regulated activity. The successful candidate will be subject to meeting regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence and, where appropriate, approval by the relevant regulatory authorities to carry out such activities.
